My favorite Transportation
Materials:
  • Cardboard Boxes
  • Various Other Art Supplies of Your Choice
Directions:
  • Give each child a box. Have them design their favorite mode of transportation (to help them you could provide pictures). If you do not have enough space you could have the children work in pairs.

Ramps
Make several ramps of different heights for your children to play with. Ask them which one makes the cars go faster. See if they can tell you why. If not tell them why.

Car Wash
Play with your child at a water table or at the sink with water and toy cars. Provide a sponge, brush, washcloth, and a spray bottle for your child to use to wash and dry the cars.
